Become the Bitch

Well, it has been a week and I have to say I am not that bitchy.  Might be because I have not fully taken this to heart.  A baseball game, a birthday party, etc, have all put me in a spot where I have to make a choice and I don't do the right thing and say NO to food.  Although to really I probably should be asking my friends if I have become more bitchy :-)

I am getting better at the 3 good meals a day, but I am still eating too much at the meals; so need to modify my short term goals to be:
  1. Eliminate the snacking and junk and go back to 3 good meals a day with some portion control. 
  2. Move more, like everyday! 
So in the short term I need to step up my game and become the bitch I know I can be and start to really make progress.  More focus on the short term goals is needed and I better get this moving if I want to attain any movement towards the end of my comfort zone.  This week I am pledging to do the following:
  1. Move everyday for at least 20 minutes
  2. No snacks that are NOT fruit or tea
  3. Portion control at my evening meals
  4. No junk food all week; no candy, cakes or treats. 
Honestly, if I stick to those five things, I will be the bitch I know I can by next Monday.  So look out world, here I come!
